Manage the Executive Director of the Human Capital Office in a professional manner.

Serving as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal or external human capital stakeholders for information requests; Make sure to provide appropriate responses.

Develop communication from CEO, human capital to other stakeholders.

Organizing meetings in coordination with the concerned parties to ensure proper planning of meetings and to avoid conflicts and overlapping schedules; Ensure effective management of appointment notes and meeting schedule, including timing, prioritization and agenda setting.

Attending meetings and workshops with the Executive Director of Human Capital as and when required; Taking minutes of meetings, communicating with relevant stakeholders and following up on their completion.

Manage the flow of documents received and sent by the CEO, human capital in a timely and accurate manner.

Overseeing the processing, archiving, archiving and retrieval of information; Ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, integrity and confidentiality of documents.

Monitor office supplies; Supervising correct registration, verification and maintenance of bill information.

Conduct research as requested by CEO, human capital and communicate results as needed.
